Steve O'Neill

Steve O'neill has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience focused on ambulatory surgery center operations and management. Prior to joining HVP, Steve started a healthcare consulting company delivering development, operations preparation, and management services to hospital and physician owned ambulatory surgery centers.

Prior to heading his own consulting company, Delmarva Healthcare Solutions, Steve served as Director of ASC Operations, Eastern and Western Regions for Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems, Inc. Steve was responsible for managing and developing ambulatory surgical centers and inpatient surgical care departments for health systems and/or physicians throughout the eastern and western United States. Steve has been particularly successful in developing and implementing business strategies to best position ambulatory surgery centers in their respective, unique markets.
