Ed Warren
Director of Financial Analysis & Reimbursement

 

is a 25-year healthcare industry veteran with particular expertise in the area of healthcare financial operations and third party payor relations. Prior to joining HVP, he was a Director with LBMC Healthcare Group, a healthcare consulting company.

Ed spent fourteen years in a variety of roles with Quorum Health Group. Until the divestiture of their owned hospitals. Ed was responsible for the Health Financing Resources Department that included reimbursement, managed care, centralized coding, and case management functions. In addition, he held a regional financial position responsible for seven hospitals--ranging in size from 50-300 beds--and including both rural and urban designations.

Ed served on the Board of Directors of two hospital/physician joint ventures and held several positions with Quorum Health Resources, a division of Quorum Health Group, which manages hospitals. These positions included reimbursement services and strategic financial planning. Ed has also worked with an international accounting firm and a fiscal intermediary.
