NURSING MANAGER, ORTHOPEDIC, Ambulatory Surgery Center, OR – Middletown, CT:

Opening for a Nursing Manager at an Orthopedic Surgery Center in Middletown, CT. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for oversight of all perioperative patient care activities including staffing, OR, PACU, scheduling, training, sterile processing/materials management and related clinical areas. Must have clinical and management experience in an Orthopedic outpatient OR/ASC setting. Preference given to candidates with a proven track/experience with physician relations, staff supervision, patient communications, current scrub / circulation experience, quality assurance, patient safety and budgeting/financial matters. Must be highly motivated with excellent administrative abilities, initiative and team building skills. Must be a Registered Nurse (BSN) currently licensed in CT.
