The Founders of HVP are John Smalley and Chuck Owen, seasoned healthcare executives with 60+ years of combined healthcare leadership experience. Both John and Chuck have served as Hospital CEO’s and in regional / senior corporate positions with the country’s largest hospital management company.
Chuck Owen is President & Co-Founder of HVP. Chuck is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Chuck has served as a Hospital CEO and CFO as well as in regional/senior corporate positions with the country’s largest hospital management company.
Steve O'Neill, Director of Operations for HVP, has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. Steve’s special expertise is in the area of ASC development and management.
Louise DeChesser, HVP’s Director of Clinical Services, has over 35 years of healthcare clinical and administrative experience. Lou has special expertise in all aspects of ASC consulting and leadership to include long-time service as an accreditation Surveyor for AAAHC.
Ed Warren, serves as HVP’s Director of Financial Analysis and Reimbursement. Ed has more than 25 years of Hospital and healthcare financial experience with special expertise in the areas of reimbursement and new venture analysis.
John Smalley serves as a Special Consultant for HVP. John has more than 35 years of diverse healthcare experience. He was an original HVP Founder and Principal and continues to provide support to HVP and its Clients for special projects.
This leadership team is responsible for coordinating and / or delivering the consultative, management and support resources available to your ASC through HVP. Also of note, a Founder / Principal of HVP is directly responsible for each project or engagement undertaken by HVP.
