HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT (HOPD) ASC PROJECTS:

• Due Diligence and Operational Assessment – Possible acquisition of a Physician - Company-owned freestanding Multi Specialty ASC with subsequent conversion to a Hospital-owned (HOPD) ASC; suburban community hospital (Massachusetts)
• ASC Co-Management w/ Physician Group – Management Services as Sub-Contractor to Physician Group serving as ASC Manager following conversion of JV Multi Specialty ASC to a Hospital-owned (HOPD) entity (Connecticut)
• Consulting – Preliminary assessment of HOPD ASC feasibility; suburban community hospital (Massachusetts)

• Final Phase Development and Start-up Consulting Services – Multi Specialty ASC located on a satellite ambulatory care campus (North Carolina)
• Operational Assessment – Multi Specialty ASC located on a satellite  ambulatory care campus also housing M.O.B space, Rehabilitation, Urgent Care, Imaging, Laboratory and other Diagnostic services; regional tertiary community healthcare system (Michigan)
