- ASC Co-Management w/ Physician Group – Management Services as Sub-Contractor to Physician Group serving as ASC Manager following conversion of JV Multi Specialty ASC to a Hospital-owned (HOPD) entity (Connecticut)
- Consulting – Preliminary assessment of HOPD ASC feasibility; suburban community hospital (Massachusetts)
